Roy Marten was arrested February 2, 2006 at around 16:00 pm as caught carrying illicit drug, methamphetamine is 3 grams in a house, in the Ulujami, South Jakarta.
As a result of the offense, Roy was sentenced to nine months in prison and come out October 1, 2006, after obtaining remission. Out of jail, Roy confessed and did not want to give up taking drugs again. He was also active in drug prevention education, so that others do not feel what happened.
